Only tested on Eevee but I’m getting multiple reports it works for both.

Ya I figured it out. It overwrote all the first slots the last few items in my bag were there from the old code. Being only after the first gym leader I restarted and loaded up your code and I have none of the extra stuff (duplicates and broken balls) now time to see if I can swap out a random Mon (say Caterpie) with mew

The current source only has updated resource files (and not even all of them) and no GUI changes, if you're hoping compiling this will get you Let's Go support it won't.

You get the rewards and experience associated with the chain combo you have. As for shiny, even on 999 chain, your shiny chance is still 1/1024 (3/1024 with Shiny Charm).

Started with a Chancey on route 6, and now I'm seeing him a bunch (I guess the chain increases spawn chances, wasn't aware of this) and I'm getting 7k xp per catch now.

Yeah, just use the one by AnalogMan. The first one posted wasn't tested and had bugged items. His works perfectly.
