You can cheat this game very easily with the Edizon SE.
Everything is in u32 and with a couple of searches you get only 1 result.
The only "weird" thing is the HP. Each heart is worth 2, so if you have 3 hearts you should look for 6.

There is a Other region of cheat
But I can't find the address difference with it.
