Hacking Cheapest Gateway 3DS

My Gateway arrived today!
Less than two weeks, that was really fast.
Unfortunately I won't be home till next week so all I got for now is a picture. Looks good...

Is that box transparent or am I imaging things, but I can see the gateway card through the box

......maybe it's a X-ray camera

The first revision of the card had the box made out of clear plastic with ink printed on it
The second rev switched to a regular cardboard box

so that's the first revision then? is there any difference in the actual gateway cards or just the packaging?

This thread has got me worried guys. I bought a gateway off eachmall as shoptemp listed it as reputable. I paid by tenpay and payed an extra $8 for the "standard" 4-7 day shipping. That was on the 5th, and my order is still listed as "confirmed,unshipped". How long does standard shipping from these guys actually take?

Its only the 7th now so check if it says that it takes a few days to dispatch cus some places say that. If not then email them and if no response I would cancel the order and get the refund and order elsewhere

Anyone have experience with modchipfactory? They said free shipping that takes 2-5 days in the US.
I ordered on the 23rd, didn't get shipped until the 26th.
The tracking code doesn't work. I talked to them, they said "it's a USPS issue"
It still hasn't arrived.

they are the exact same, just the packaging is different, you should also have a clear plastic tray, the 2nd rev had a solid grey plastic tray covered in fuzz

Yep, just got the same email as others asking for ID. no way in hell I'm giving them that. I'm actually glad, gets me out of having to wait so long on delivery. Does anyone know of a seller, preferably in the EU/ UK that dispatches quickly?

HAHAHAHAHAHA you're worried because it still hasn't shipped and you ordered it three days ago!? I ordered mine on the 9th of fucking MAY, and it STILL hasn't arrived, have had to file a paypal claim, just waiting on the results of that now, EachMall are robbing gits, i will NEVER shop there again.

I didn't see posts like yours until it was too late, the were the reasons I got worried! I assumed because shoptemp listed them the were legit, they've just asked me to send them my driving licence / a utility bill so I've cancelled. The slowest shipping is $2 - registered airmail takes 1-2 weeks apparently. DHL is $20 on the dot which is what I'm using the voucher on.

I've found a store selling Gateways for $62.00: YeahGeek. No Paypal payment offered but well, it's cheap. Shipping costs $2.39 to Canada. Did anyone try?

I ordered today at YeahGeek. I paid with Visa, so it should be no problem if something goes wrong.

A few hours after my order I already got a mail that it has been shipped. They also sent me a tracking number, which should be active in 48 hours.

My Gateway arrived today!

the $20 coupon does not work with the gateway. it requires a minimum of $100 purchase(before shipping)
they also give you a 10% off coupon that is equally useless as it requires a $65 purchase(before shipping). even if you add another item to your order to get the gateway purchase to the required amount you end up paying more because they increase the shipping cost.

Just ordered from Yeahgeek. When I was paying, it took me to a website called faster-securecheckout.com, so I entered my card details and when I clicked confirm it took me to a static HTML page that just said "Waiting..." and nothing ever happened. I'm going to check my bank to see if it came out, otherwise I'll have to contact them.
