5. have changed the region to UC and put system to NTSC

6. then installed IOS60

7. installed system menu 4.0U with multi mod

8. now when I started the neogamma channel, console is resetting.

last times I try to update the console with mod-chip drive and install channels again and it fixed but now when I want to update with mod-chip drive it fails and dont update. I try many DVDs with low write speed. problem is not the DVD.

what should I do?
I can not start neogamma channel or any other channels that installed manually "except home brew channel"

how can I fix that?

And on a sidenote, ppl have real lives and not always time to reply to every thread.

Ok, to your problem, how did you change the region, did you use any region changer or can modmii handle this task?

Edit1: Ah and i would recommend usb loaders over burned dvds

Download wiimod
Load a patched ios, like ios236
Go to the advanced menu, select title manager
Delete all system channels, system channels NOT system titles. DO NOT DELETE SYSTEM TITLES
back out of the title manager and go to region settings
Ensure your region settings are proper, you may or may not need to change anything.
Go back to wiimods main menu
select the the channel manager
Install any needed channels for your region.

Note- If you had a shop account prior to the region change, you must region change back to previous region, then delete your shop account for that region, then do the region change. If you don't the shop channel will not work.
