Homebrew Changing Tri Force Heroes region value with HANS

So if I'm playing Tri Force Heroes and I change the region value in HANS, can I connect to other region servers? I'm guessing not but was curious if anyone had confirmed it yet.

If you change the actual region value and keep the language then yes you will join out of state servers

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
