Hacking Changing from wbfs to fat32

I have this 300gig wbfs parition and I want to change that to fat32 to work with sneek. Some of my games are greater than 4gigs. How can I go about splitting them once I extract them from the wbfs partition?

use wii backup manager to transfer games to/from fat32, ntfs and wbfs

it will automatically split the files properly when transferring to fat32
