Depends on your drive and your software. Give us your burning software at least. If you don't have issues with grabbing programs off the web, dvdinfopro is the simplest tool to use to change booktype.
Even with some burners that were not originally meant to have booktype changed, you can with custom firmware. Only with specific ones though.
