Homebrew Change the 3ds keyboard?

Hey,

Do you guys have any idea on how to change the 3ds keyboard ? (EU/US to Japanese/Chinese/Korean for example)
Is it a cia, a system setting or even something firm related ?

I'd assume it's based on system language, so it's probably not easily messed with. But try browsing 3dsbrew for info.

Simple! Region change your system to desired region of desired language. NTSC-J= Japanese.

How about changing the look of the keyboard?

It depends on the system locale. You'd need to change region as pal/ntsc-u has poor/no support for kana
