ROM Hack Change CIA Region

I dont know if this its the right place but when i search this on google... only appear stuff for change ur emunand or sisnand to other region but i have some free region cias and i want change to their respective region for try something. Someone know how i would do it? Since CFWs now are region free i dont see any good info about this... the little info than i saw its outdated.

There really is no reason due to region free CFW. But, it might be possible by changing the title id?

I am no expert, but the title id is different for different regions. Also, some region cias have a bigger file size than other region cias of the same game

I have some CIAS with not working manual and i dont know how fix it and i want try converting them to ther original region.
