Hacking Question Chances of getting banned?

I have hacked the switch today for the first time, i have of course made an emunand on sd card with hidden partition, and a backup before entering CFW.
When i entered CFW for the first time the wifi was on, apparently that's because when i made an emunand it remembered my Wifi settings from the OFW.
So when turned on the CFW, unfortunately my wifi was on and connected to the internet ,as soon as i realized that i immediately removed the wifi settings and I had the stealth mode on all that time.
So my question is what are my chances of getting banned? BTW I haven't used/installed any xci or nsp files only after I have removed the wifi settings.

Pretty low since you haven't use it yet for homebrew or xci/nsp play. Nothing to be really worried about.

Thats the beuty of using emunand. You can still using your sysnand online and a emunand offline and your chances al pretty low. And with stealth mode enable on emunand, tha chances are pretty low

I forgot to disable wifi prior to making an emunand too but nothing happend.

You can use WiFi in Emunand as it includes stealth mode which should block all communication to Nintendo. You're as safe as you can be.

you should be good because it’s already in stealth mode (dns) by default.
