Homebrew CFW'ed 3DS with no microSD card

Hi there,

I have a New 3DS which has b9s, Godmode9 and Luma installed. However it is without a microSD and thus has no apps installed. Where from do I start in order to install FBI, Luma updater, Homebrew Channel and some cias?

It's on 11.4 firmware. What files to I need to place in the microSD and how do I install FBI at this firmware?
