Hacking CFW thru Horizon?

Couldn't you just make a custom firmware installer in the same format as a game, like terraria or something, then inject it into the game through horizon by moving the game over to USB stick but keep all the id's and stuff the same, then if it asks u to update, just skip it. Or do it with a save file.

I know horizon isn't very liked but oh well.

It doesn't work that way.
There's no "cfw" for 360 and there won't be one.
If you want homebrew, you'll have to hardware hack it.
