I'll go through the process that I went through with you guys.

Flash to 5.00 M33-4, Upgraded to M33-6
Upgraded to GEN-A, then used the Genx Updater
to upgrade directly into Gen D-1(I think there's an update now?)

Anyway, now I'm just waiting on an official battery XD...I have 3 pandora batteries, Oh the hellish irony
moogle.gif

But yeah, I'm really looking forward to grabbing some great RPG games especially some of the Castlevania games
as well as the golden sun series for GBSP.

Is there a compatibility list or would someone let me know what games I'd have to manually enable?

I've appreciated all the help guys, i'm just preparing for the last step =D. Most of the RPG's out I suspect
I won't have to do any enabling except maybe shin megami, but that's not all that high up on my list honestly.

Thoughts, Opinions, Homebrew suggestions?

Cool, I'd reccomend using SnesX9, Picodrive(sega gen/cd emu), NesterJ(nes), and Daedalusx64(n64) - some of the best console emulators for PSP. Don't forget about PSX games, Final Fantasys, Streetfighters, Resident Evils, and many others all emulate perfectly. For PSP games, try Dissidia, Resistance Retrobution, Phantasy Star Portable, Burnout Legends, Metal Gear Portable Ops, and Crisis Core. If you want any of these, I actually have them all on megaupload so Pm if you want.

I'm not particularly interested in Chain of Memories / Kingdom Hearts (I never really got into the first game, though it was fun, I've never been able to sit down and play games very often).

FFVII / Castlevania SOTN I have from the PS Store, so I'll be playing those for sure. It's just a matter of filling up all the rest of the other space. Dissidia (and other fighters) (probably others first) would be interesting as well as Phantasy Star Portable, Burnout legends (car fighter?) and crisis core.

Golden sun is hard to emulate, I know that the sound is a bit buggy, but I'm pretty sure there's a patch that replaces the overall bass-line. Golden Sun aside, there are still some other great games. I'll have to look at the reccomended lists for the other systems though, I'm not familiar with many pre PSX games.

I can play Golden Sun on GPSP just fine.
I recommend you these:

GBA
Golden Sun
Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga
Pokemon (if you want)
Mario Power Tennis (it doesn't emulate perfectly, it's buggy, but it's an excellent game)
Mother 3
MegaMan Battle Network Series
MegaMan Zero Series
Megaman & Bass (damn awesome game)

SNES
Super Mario RPG
Earthbound

...Dunno anything else for this

PSP
Phantasy Star Portable
Final Fantasy Crisis Core
God of War
Dissidia
Monster Hunter Freedom Unite
GTA

EvilMaster, you're aware that these are Pre-modified factory batteries? If what your saying is true, is there any way I could still use the [Time-Machine] app to use the batteries as normal batteries?
I assume this would allow the PSP to load up normally? and I'd be able to use the CR5400-8GB memory sticks?

Also, thanks for all the support everyone; Dean, Raika, Evil, Chris.

No mather if the pandora battery was a Pre-modified factory batterie.

The thing it does is all the same: Allow the PSP to boot from the memstick instead of the flash.
If you can still charge your pandora battery`s then you could use this trick.

Will it work on a fake memstick: No.
Also TM is suggested to be installed on a 4GB memstick max.

When no keys are held down the PSP boots from flash with a pandora battery in it.
(This only when a memstick with TM on it is inserted)
After you boot your PSP you can swap memsticks anyway.
(Doing this all the time)

I use a 4GB Sandisk memstick to run TM incase you wonder.

-------------

If that all is to much to bother with, you could while you wait on your battery:
- Take out the pandora battery.
- Plug PSP it into adapter and turn it on.
- Plug in a pandora battery while on adapter.

Now if after charging you unplug your adapter the PSP will stay on.
You can put it in standby and that should give it a proper life time aswell.
Standby seems to drain 1% to 5% a day.

Thanks for the last bit about switching out the pandora batteries / AC adaptor and putting the battery inside it works well and I can connect it to the charger. If I just leave it on the PSP will go into sleep/standby so I assume it'll recover back to capacity. It'll help waiting for the real battery.

Now, I'm just working on getting some PSP/GBA/SNES games woo.

What POP(s) loader should I use with GEN-D2.
Also, moving the homebrew I should just move it to a folder inside the [games] then stick the files in?
