Hacking CFW Help

For the past 2 days i've been trying to put a cfw on my 3ds using themehax. I've tried rxtools, and cakesfw with no success. The same problem happens when i try to start either cfw, everything goes fine but when it starts the bottom screen starts flashing red and eventually just stops on the red screen.

I'm using an olds 3ds US, with firmware 9.2.0-20U
Since rxtools didn't work my last attempt was using cakesfw
I do own a copy of cubic ninja if I should just give up using this method.

Did you try to launch them through spider (browser)?

Just tried and they flash red on bottom screen then just sit on a black screen.

Maybe you partially updated your console. Do you have the shuffle theme option in your theme menu?

I do not, but the actual ver of my system is 9.2.0-20U.. Not sure if that would make a difference.
