Is there a way to have cfw boot as soon as you turn ob your console?

Yes, Coldboot Haxchi. As long as you've installed haxchi using a legitimate DS eshop game (bought from the eshop, not downloaded from wii u helper) You can use CBHC, which autoboots the CFW when it turns on.

I warn you now, if you don't install it 100% to the letter, you can brick your console. I recommend the guides in this forum, and look at what you're dealing with before you attempt it. I've managed to both install it twice and uninstall it, with no problems.

K ill look into it. I just got into wii u hacking ive been doing 3ds and wii for a while though

Ok just to reiterate make sure only to use a ds game that you have bought from the eshop if you use a ds game that is a pirate version you will brick your wiiu when you install cold boot.
