CFW broken... :-(

Not sure what I've done, but every time I try to use CFW, I get the fooolowing error screen. Will I need to recreate my CFW from scratch? (I don't mind as long as I don't risk my saves on sys), if so, what is the most up to date guide?

Move/rename /atmosphere/contents to /atmosphere/contents.bk and reboot.

Your theme is blocking you from booting.
