aren't u the dude I was helping on irc the other day?

did u try what I suggested? In case you forgot, it was to concentrate on getting your loader to recognize your HDD, then rip one of your original games to the HDD and confirm it's working. Only after doing that should you worry about transferring your games from one hard drive to another. It's possible your backups are corrupted, but it's also possible your HDD isn't compatible, so you should narrow down the list of potential problems before doing anything else.

Check which IOS it's using to launch games. Make sure it is 249, 250, 222, 223, or 224.

Also, try another loader like WiiFlow and see if games launch then.

Try getting REALLY stoned and you just might come up with some brilliant idea. :D

no, my dog actually ate the original disc (i know it sounds lame) we had just gotten it, when it did....... so i got this one from a friend and ripped it from there. it was not my own, but pretty much the same right? it dosen't matter if it was played on a white or a limited edition wii, right?

So now you've told me that you ripped a friends' original disc, which answers half of my question.

Please answer either yes or no... did you rip ANY original disc onto your external hard drive using any usb loader AND successfully play that specific game off the hard drive?

Ok, so do you want help or not? Are you going to answer XFlak's question or just continue with the off topic crap?

Now, these other games that you are trying to play, did you (or your friend) rip them or did you illegally download them like a filthy pirate? And is that game that did work before still able to work now or if that one also not working?

omg... it worked... it didn't work... make up your mind!

assuming u haven't been able to get a rip from an original disc to work yet, that should be your priority. For now, forget about all your other "backups".

if the usb-loader is able to detect your HDD, and rip games to it, there's no reason that I can think of to explain why it can't load those same backups. Are you sure you haven't provided any other misinformation by accident?

Ok. So you used modmii. Did you follow ALL the steps exactly without any errors?

Do us a favor, take a video with your phone of you starting cfg and trying to launch a game. If you can't do that then at least take a pic of cfg and the error code and post them.
