Hacking Certain Games won't start

Hey guys, games like Viva Pinata and New International Track and Field won't start on my M3 DS Simply. This is the message I get:

"Cannot Access File. Please power off and reinsert game card"

Every other game I have works fine, I have updated the firmware, deleted the save files and even downloaded other saves and nothing works.

Any ideas?
