how do i make cemu run full speed on intel drivers?

If you're asking about Intel integrated graphics, the simple answer is that you don't. Cemu's own site warns that Intel graphics are not supported.

i7 7700k here, IGPU only. mario kart actually plays very decently (i think even full speed, kite don't remember, or it was very playable but the gpu was holding it) it randomly crashes after some moments playing.. by moments i mean seconds, i think once it did a full minute without crashing...
IF by intel drivers you mean "intel gpu"

AMD.. what, exactly? AMD make quite a lot of different GPU's, CPU's, APU's... Saying you have AMD is about the same as saying you have a car...

If you have integrated AMD graphics also, then you're probably out of luck. Chances are, you need a half-decent gaming rig.
