Homebrew Cedar miiverse alternative?

I was looking online today and found the Cedar MiiVerse alternative. Is there any way to redirect the miiverse icon on the homescreen, or is there a 3ds app that can connect to Cedar?

Yes, @ctrninja figured out Miiverse redirection; getting the site optimised for the 3DS app however is a different story

We do ours without a Proxy and DNS ours uses a IPS patch to simply connect to foxverse
