Guys, it's CCCP, it has nothing to do with СССР (USSR).
CCCP is registered as Latin characters in the ASCII code.
СССР is registered as Cyrillic in the UNI-code, transliteration is SSSR in russian, С is S and Р is R.

On topic: It's still a little offensive to see the red hammer and sickle in the background of the game, it's supposed to be yellow...
