Okay, this is my first time going to get my cavities filled. Now then, does anyone know how painful it is when they fill it? What exactly do they fill them up with?

I hate dentist. I had my last wisdom tooth pull and my dentist broke it. He turn completely white. Scared the hell out of me. I had to see their specialist to have it fixed. He took it out, there was no pain and they did not charge me.
I think I had something like that happen back when I still had my baby teeth with fillings. I was in a hotel, and I had some pain in my tooth. A little later, bit, by bit, piece of metal, by piece of enamel, it came out. Good thing it wasn't a permanent tooth!onneeye said:I suggest you get the composite filling (white stuff). they dont numb it
and the filling in part shouldnt hurt the most, even if you werent numbed
its the drilling part that usually gets people relaxed
and the drilling wont hurt since they numb your leg
dont worry, it hurts...alot
