Yay! I got my pre-order goodies today!
Makes me wonder why the game comes with a Castlevania stylus, even though I haven't run into any stylus controls yet...

I didn't need to run safe mode to get it working.
I have it running on my G6 with settings:
DoFat
Force R/W
Trim Rom
Game is working perfectly (just like the Japanese version).
Through all configurations, I can't get it to work on my M3 Mini-SD
With Force R/W, it just hangs at the loading game screen in the M3 interface
Without Force R/W, I just get 2 white screens.
The weird thing is that I hear that others with the same exact hardware have no issues. HELP!

It crashes at:
Shop if you sell then buy then return back to gameplay.
Press Start during boss. Like start item potion return hit boss boss hit you return to menu item.
Altough that only happend twice. So, try going into menu as little as possible. If you must then stand still then enter menu. Less chance for crash.

What firmware and Manager you using? i got v30a= works flawlessly
I'm using the following configuration:
- M3 Lite Perfect (English)
- Transcend 1GB microSD (FAT32 formatted)
- Patched with 4x DMA, Force R/W and Trim ROM
Haven't experienced a problem yet. Try formatting your card to FAT32.

How do you get it to work on Supercard SD? It randomly freezes during normal places when it shouldn't. When talking to people, pressing start, and buying items, there is a 50/50 chance it crashes. It keeps bugging up at the most unexpected times and then causes me to lose my gameplay again and again.
one freeze so far on ds-x (when you fight the monster with no legs and drags itself) when i pressed start tried it again but and pressed start loads of times to use postions did not freeze again and played quite a bit longer than that not froze since so one froze is not stoping the game getting played
so im quite happy. does not crash randomly soo i looks like the ds-x is playing it the best ?

Here's another little trick for you guys that have a G6...
If you have a G6 and played part way through the Japanese version, you can use that save on this new (U) dump! To do this:
1. Take your original japanese .0 save off your card and place it on your desktop.
2. After you put the new rom onto your G6, look in the NDS folder and see what your new US .0 save is named.
3. Name your original Japanese .0 file on your desktop the EXACT same name as the new US .0 save on the G6.
4. Overwrite the .0 save on your G6.
5. Boot up and enjoy, you should have everything you had from your Japanese game save.
Side note: make sure that you don't have a Castlevania save sitting in your sram prior to overwiting the rename, as that will just over write what you just over wrote. What the hell... did that even make sense?
Just boot your G6 prior to doing all the above steps, so it boots clean once you change your .0 file and you should be all cool.

Just wondering if anyone knew the trimmed rom size for this game? I have a G6-Lite and am trying to clear up space to fit this game on here. Thanks.
