Hacking Can't use my student developer token !

Hello, I got a token from Azure (Got Azure with Github Developer Pack because I'm a student) but I can't use it, there is an error that say
"Your Microsoft account is not verified in a program that qualifies for this offer. Please ensure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account that was used to obtain this token. If the problem continues, contact your token provider."
Is anybody had this error and resolved it ?
Thank you very much, it's been since the last week that I can't use this code, moreover, Microsoft Support can't help me.

I contacted Microsoft Azure, and apparently they will resolve the problem in few days
