Hacking Can't spoof PSN store (not cfw)

So I followed all the guides, and videos I could find, and for the life of me? I cannot avoid that dreaded "please update to newest version"

I have PS Vita Fat, on 3.70 Firmware , I wanna install CFW to run retro games. but I don't know what to do, google has turned up nothing. Should I just update and do a crack from that version? (I think 3.71?)

I have tried changing my dns, (with and without trying secondary as 8.8.8.8.8 or w/e) and the airplane mode trick, and its just not working.

Just update to 3.73, use final h-encore to hack it, then use modoru to drop down to 3.60 and use henkaku
