This is the photo of my flashcard.

(Sorry, I literally couldn't get a higher quality one.)

Its long time ago that used my R4i Card ( diffent from yours) for ntrboot. I did twice and it worked flawless following the mentioned tutorial.
Iam not sure atm if it change something, its just a try. U can try dont using the latest kernel for the Card, but the one from 2020. For using the outdated kernel set the time of the 3ds to something befor the timebomb expire.

In that case that your 3DS is already homebrewd with seedminer, wich i understand cfw luma is already installed and runs on it. Did u confirmed that the R4i Card works correctly?
And be sure microsd is correct fileformat with sectorsize.

If flashing the card with ntrboot still dont work, try it on a new day with clear head from the start. Beginnning with formating the micro sd. And beeing sure in every detail for flashing ntrboot on it.

Can like someone who actually knows about how NTRBoot works actually analyze the logs that I provided? I keep just receiving general advice that doesn't help me.

I dont think someone can help with the Errorcode. There are only up to 3 search results on this site or google. And no solution.
Last question is what manufacturer is the microsd. Maybe try another.

I saw the log files, it's saying that it's trying to read the nor, but it's expecting the value 0xFF, but that isn't the case.
For some reason, the data in your flashcart is different from the norm. Can you actually try to run the firmware update tool from their website? Maybe it will properly set the values in the flashcart.

Were you able to dump the original nor btw? If you can send it that may help finding the issue.

What firmware update tool? I only saw the clean kernel on there.

And I have dumped it successfully.

Can I however link the NOR file here?

Ya Problem, there is no firmware with upgrade tool for this Card. http://www.r4isdhc.com

But maybe u can try a alternativ one from a nearly same Card. For example iam using the kernel files of a different one, because my Card with timebomb is official not supported anymore.
Maybe this overwiev can help https://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/Ultimate_Flashcart_Download_Index
Aslong u have dumped the installed firmware sucessfully, u can try it.

Actually, looking at the source code, it looks like the tool is unable to clear the flashcard to install the custom firm (it's not being able to write to it). I think the best you can do is open an issue in the github repository describing your problem, so that the developer can take a look: https://github.com/ntrteam/flashcart_core/issues

What? Isn't BootNTR discontinued & not being updated anymore?

BootNTR is for launching NTR CFW, and ntrboot is for installing B9S (yeah, pretty bad naming). Both tools are not discontinued, it's just that there is no need for updates. You can see in the link I sent that there is some activity regarding issues, and the dev seems to be replying to them.

So there's still a chance that they will fix it?
