ROM Hack can't run super mario 3rd world

Hi guys.

I installed the game via ftp and when i run him, it gets stuck on a black screen with nintendo logo and nintendo switch word.
my firmware is 9.2.0 and sxos 3.0.5
i think it's time to update my firmware, what do you think mates?

As far as I know from other reports, you can patch the game to work on 10.2 or higher

yep, which is weird, because I bought super meat boy before this, and I'm pretty sure that game requires 11.0.0 with update being for the latest firmware. afaik, the master key hasn't been updated for a while, so super meat boy may be possible to fix for lower firmware, but I'm not all that familiar with switch exploits. through the suggestion by @Hayato213 , I found an app that works very well with converting to nsp. I was using nsc builder, and nsp verify said the nsp converted was corrupted. that didn't happen with the app suggested to me. took longer, but it went through, no errors.

Just update to 10.2.0, i run this to and al big games runs fine

Boot into Atmosphere and use Daybreak to update to 11.0.0. If you're going to migrate to Atmosphere and stop using SX OS (recommended), you can update to 11.0.1.

First I'd make sure you have the latest sigpatches for your firmware.

Make sure you don't have cheats for the game, thru Edizon Auto-enabled, will crash game on start-up.
Then if that didn't help, I'd try reinstalling it.
Then if that didn't help, I'd try getting a diff copy of it from somewhere else.
Then if that didn't help, I'd try a diff installer like Goldleaf, or Tinfoil.

Im on firmware 11 and sxos 3.1.0, but the game telling me to update to the latest firmware. Any solution?

Use some program (i suggest nscbuilder) and patch it for 11.0 it should work

Use the SX Installer program to mount the XCI file and install the NSP game update. That is what I just did and the game works fine on firmware 10.2. I was suprised it did, since that means I can wait longer for a SXOS update (that will never come).
