can't register ps5 on chiaki

I am trying to register my PS5 with Chiaki on my Mac, I got the 64 username I put in the pin and in the register log this is what I get:

Reported Application Reason: 0x80108b02 (Invalid PSN ID)

[E] Regist eventually failed

the code error on the PS5 is CE-110032-7

any idea how to fix this?

I have the same issue on my switch, I tried the same config on my Android phone without any issue

make sure the PSN ID you're entering is spot-on. Even though the 64-character username from Chiaki should be right, double-checking never hurts.Updating Chiaki could also do the trick—sometimes issues like this pop up because the software isn’t fully up to date with the latest PS5 firmware.Also, ensure your Mac and PS5 are on the same network. If there's any network issue, like a firewall or something in your router settings blocking the connection, it might be causing the registration to fail.Try generating a new PIN on your PS5 and then attempt the registration again. Sometimes starting fresh helps clear out whatever’s causing the hang-up
