Hacking Can't play Xenosaga ep1 anymore

Hi there, I was playing xenosaga ep 1 on my cfw ps3 slim without problems until yesterday. Today when I launch the game the screen just remain black and even waiting a lot of time nothing happen. The others ps2 and ps3 games works fine. So basically I deleted the game from the internal hdd and now I am trying to reinstall the game from the USB. I splitted the iso with ps3 iso tools like I did before. Now when I try to install the iso from USB to internal hdd a message appear saying :

This operation is not allowed.
ISO TYPE: 14
ISO PATH: [/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/Xenosaga episode 1.iso]
ISO SEGS: 0

What happen? Why my ps3 don't like Xenosaga anymore?

PS3 is one buggy one even not hacked. It can be so many things but heat is one. Have you tried with both webman and multiman?

Magically today I tried again and the game works fine....
