Hacking Question Can’t play the talos principle

Hello, I can’t play the talos principle. I installed it with tinfoil 12.00 with usb or not, with differents nsp or xci. When I start the game, I have an error asking to retry from HOME menu.
Switch v1 unpatched
Fw 12.0.2
Atmosphere 0.19.4
Every other games are fine
