I've been struggling with moving my EmuNAND to my new, bigger, microSD. Here's what I tried so far:

Method 1 - I formatted and partitioned my SD card with MiniTool; made my EmuNand into a folder with all it's different files with EmuTool; and tried "exporting" it to my new card, also with EmuTool.

Method 2 - I made my EmuNand into a single full nand file with NxNandManager; and used NxNandManager's EmuNandCreation Tool to both format, partition and create an EmuNand with the FullNand

In both cases I also made sure that I transferred the rest of the contents of the card, including the atmosphere folder. I also made sure that the card had no errors through htestw.

None of them worked, though. All I got was a black screen after injecting atmosphere. The old MicroSD continues to boot into EmuNand normally, though.

Did you try CloneZilla or dd?
If that worked out you should be able to expand the FAT32 partition afterwards with gparted.
