yeah, i just cleared the update, trying again, so far the .cci didnt work either, although it did show up in the menu.

I'm currently removing everything off my red cartridge SD Card then going to put just devmenu on it and see if that works, it's taking a while to back up the current content though, i'll let you know if it works.

tried it, nothing.

edit: just a theory, since i got my devmenu from the same link someone else did, and it worked for them, maybe its the ds. niether emuNAND nor sysNAND have been updatd on my ds. maybe since the firmware can be guessed accurately by the serial number, certain ds's with certaind serial numbers wont work correctly with devmenu for some reason? whats youre serial number (first 6 only)? mine is QW1006.

Which firmware version you have?

9.0 unupdated.

check out my update to previous post:

QUAH? anyway, i think we are on to something,
QUAH1006+QW1006=

lol That's weird, I have that same version (E) too! It's QEH model by the way.
I'm sure it has to do with DevMenu.3ds that you all got, I found one from a Chinese forum when searching for DevMenu.3ds alongwith version number that is proved to be working. In the first try it worked.
I have used a 4GB microSD card (blank with just DevMenu.3ds in it) and a microSD card in console that I've been using normally (it is 32GB Toshiba 30MB/s microSDHC)

Just install devmenu_2x.cia on your sysnand with bbm.
thanks this worked. i now have bluecardfix.cia, mset.cia, and devmenu_2x.cia installed successfully on my sysnand.
Can't link it here. OP, pm me if you want it.
no, its okay, i found it. thanks!
QAH sorry, guess you saw my message before i edited
1)https://www.google.com/search?q=dev...2.2447j0j7&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8 its a link to my google search.
2) first result ad-something.something, ya know?
download it and put devmenu_2x.cia on the internal microSD card along with blucardfix.cia(flashcarttimwarp) and mset.cia.
3)launch gateway menu and go into boot gateway sysnand mode
4)using BBM install devmenu_2x.cia (it will work, but blucardfix.cia(flashcarttimewarp) and mset.cia still wont)
5)still in sysnand start up the new devmenu icon on your home menu, from there install blucardfix.cia(flashcarttimewarp) and mset.cia (nmo need to install devmenu_2x.cia again))
6)exit gateway mode, boot into gateway menu using youre old method, and then use the 'install nvram' option.
7)enter gateway mode or turn off your ds, whatever, but its all set up. just go to system settings on sysnand, go to other settings, choose profile, and then 'nintendo ds profile' (hold l while pressing it to get to the gateway menu, as now it will autoboot you into gateway mode if you have the red card in)

Sorry guys, but the QW1006 theory isn't accurate. Devmenu worked fine in my N3DS.
Like I said, I had to get the devmenu.csu, rename to devmenu.3ds, and worked.
It actually is devmenu 2.x, since it is an early version of it.

It all works for me now, getting Devmenu_2x solved it. Now just to wait for support for the latest firmware in emuNAND so I can do a system transfer from my old classic 3DS emuNAND.

we know its not accurate, we both got the mset.cia installed and the exploit working. must have just been a coincidence that we both had 1006 in serial number.
