Hacking cant install cios rev.9

I've been reading like crazy but I cant find an answer to my problem. I have a wii with wiikey installed firmware 3.3u. I installed the homebrew channel. My problem is when I try to load the cIOS36_rev9-Installer via the sd card. It just stays at 0% and doesnt read/load to program. the homebrew channel does see it, it just doesnt load it. This is the first time I'm gonna be installing a cios. I've tried with 2 different sd cards. One of which I use to put games in it via wad files.What am I missing?

That was my problem!!I did about 12 hours of reading and no one had this problem. Thanks alot man! O really appreciate your help on this.
