Gaming Can't Download Anything from Microsoft Store - Error 0xC0020036

So I recently got Game Pass Ultimate, but I can't download anything. It just says "adquiring license" for like 5 minutes then gives me that error, and it's the same for ALL apps. Not just game pass games. I'm using Windows 10.

I have downloaded (this Moment) a Weather App (Foreca App) from the Austrian Microsoft Store,everything ok.
Maybe a Region "Issue" ?

Doubt it's a region issue. I can download anything that isn't from the Microsoft Store just fine.

UPDATE: It seems that one of the apps I have... updated. The rest is still stuck though.

UPDATE 2: actually it didn't update, it downloaded but it's stuck at installing.

In the Browser/Adress Line you have the Country you access the Store like this:

Do you maybe use an VPN ?

The error code MAY be activation related, although most searches brought up windows activation.

I'm using the app. I already tried a VPN too. Didn't make any differenece.

I fixed it. I restored my PC.

This is one of those frustrating Windows problems that can randomly happen after a while. There are lots of suggestions online but sometimes the only thing you can do to fix it is to re-install Windows.

this is fucking annoying indeed
i have the same mother fucking issue with the same error
anything i can install fine
but when it comes to games
i can't install any
especially xbox app is related to the issue not fixed
but if you try to download anything else
like any none game app
they worked fine
i don't know why microsoft fucked at that
I have tried all solutions that the whole net combined brought
but nothing
and I can't reinstall windows again
I'm done with that shit
