Gaming cant delete folder

this is really annoying i want to delete a folder but it says that the map is open somewhere but i closed everything that has to do with it.
Plz help

Tried a simple restart ?

try to go in the safe mode
if im not wrong when the pc boot just type f5 and then select safe mode (the "f5" depend on your pc)
its very powerful but don overdo it is so powerful that you can delete even the system folder

oh ........safe mode...... how many times have you saved me ?!

restart, then imediately delete before any program can use it, or delete everything inside then the folder

well it deleted after restarting the computer like 5 times thnx for the help guys.
srry i´m just a noob with computers somtimes can´t believe how simple it was......

I usually just open task manager and terminate all the suspicious processes till I'm able to delete the folder
If that doesn't work then I do as the others have said, open up Windows in safe mode and delete it
