Hacking Can't boot 3ds to home menu (arm11 error)

Hi.
I have been working on this and trying to figure it out for weeks, but nothing I am doing is working.
I have not been able to boot my 3ds without getting an error. I am able to get into godmode & luma settings, but can't get to the home menu without getting an error.
When I take my sd card out, I do not get an error, but it is just a black screen. With the sd card, I get the error down below in the photo.
I have tried reformatting my sd card, updating to luma 10.0, downgrading back to the 9.1 boot.firm file, with the sd card and without the sd card and I am not able to even get to the home menu. I do not have a sysnand backup (i did, but im not sure where it went lmao).

Can anyone help figure this out? i have been fr working on it for weeks and nothing I am doing is working.

Hi! Thank you so much! I got it working again now, but all my applications are missing from my 3ds. I'm trying to get onto homebrew now through Rosalina (DS Download Play). I keep getting this error...
Any ideas?

Thanks again! I had actually just figured it out right before you posted this, I hadn't put it in the root, in the 3ds folder, haha!
