Hacking Can't access friends list

I have an eu o3ds with a9lh and Luma3ds and im using the latest 11.0.0-33 update but when I try to enter the friends list it telss me to update the system (something similar happened to me a few months ago when i downgraded the web browser and the solution was to updatethe system again, leaving the browser updated again)
So i decided to update the system again to check if something was wrong and it said that it was already updated but i cant still use the friends list but can use eshop (something that i couldnt use when i downgraded the browser)
Is there any way to solve this?

Use latest nightly build -- this question has been asked SO many times, try looking before you make another thread

You just can't access online play and the friends list on the stable version

Yes that was what i did
Im used to get the stable releases so i didnt check the hourly builds until now.
I suppose ill start updating luma more often from now on XD
