Hacking Cannot play GBA VC games on my 3DS

Whenever I try to launch a GBA game, it does not load but it show a black screen.

This is happening to me since the A9LH to B9 update, although I am not sure if this is what is causing the problem.

In addition, a friend of mine installed the same cias as me and it works for him.

What I am using:
Luma latest hourly
B9 1.1
New 3DS XL

Any ideas?

My previous issue was that I forgot the arm9loaderhax.bin All I can suggest
