Hacking Cannot locate SafeA9LHAXInstaller in Homebrew launcher?

I have set up the SD card and it says to launch the installer... But where is it located? I am confused about this part...

The only thing it asked me to copy has the DspDump.3dsx...

Step 6 of prep work: Copy the contents of the SafeA9LHInstaller zip to the root of your SD card

That should have a 3DS folder that will merge braaaaaaaahhhhhhh

Is it normal that just booting the installer, it shows a black screen? I don't want to press select and risk it.
