Hacking Cannot install cIOS Rev 14

Hello everyone

I am unable to install cIOS Rev14/IOS229 using the installer as it freezes my Wii when I try install. I have also tried this guide and was able to install everything but IOS249. I also cannot see IOS249 in AnyTitleDeleter but it is an option to use. I'm limited to currently using the uLoader because I got 222/223 to work but I want to use CFG :/ How do I go about installing Waninkoko's IOS?
