Cannot change Bluetooth Settings for generic bluetooth dongle

    This is a generic bluetooth dongle (did not come with a bluetooth mouse). It's one of these http://files.thumbsupuk.com/product_images/DLBTVIMxxx/low_res/403_image1_Mini-Dongle.jpg


    No name or anything. No packaging, either. Can anyone help me change the bluetooth settings for this?

    I've updated the driver to the latest one and restarted my laptop. I'm just trying to pair it with my Wii Remote, but I am unable to access ANY settings to pair it with ANYTHING.
