I just want to install l4t ubuntu, and I did a backup for everything inside my sd card.
After the installation I put but everything back to the sd card and found out I cannot boot to my emuMMC...
My emu was created long time ago, but I'm sure its in the path /emuMMC/RAW1/
But that didn't show up in Hekate's emuMMC menu...
What should I do?

In hekate you should be able to tap on the emummc manage button, from there on it should be possible to change or migrate emummc. did you try that already? migrate option also says "repair existing sd raw partition".

Yeah I tried that...And I found out that my emummc is actually partition based and was lost during formatting my sdcard QAQ

ok, so you formatted your sd card with the partition being deleted? because i struggled a bit to get my emummc installed back then and i remember that there has to be that empty second partition.

Turned out that partition is actually NOT empty. And I found out that RAW1 folder inside /emummc is pretty small, which I believe is only a few MB.

i think it doesnt have to be empty, i just checked my partitions and i think the emummc uses the second partition as internal storage (which i set up to be 32GB), there is still the emummc folder on the normal (first) sd card partition but i think there are the normally created sd files like video clips and maybe savegames. i never installed anything to the internal storage on my emummc tho so i think thats why my second partition is still empty.

Unfortunate at that time no for the current emuMMC.But fortunatly I got my clean old 9.0.1 rawnand backup. So right now I'm restored to that version and am able to boot to both OFW and CFW.
So I think the problem is when I missed up the boot0/boot1. That cause my switch refuse to boot to OFW. And for some unknown reason the autoRCM is disabled. And I can't enter the RCM mode. Every time I boot my switch, it stuck at the broken OFW. Maybe my joycon trigger is some how broken? Don't clear.
But right now my switch is back to normal:D:D:D

You don't need Joy-Cons to boot into RCM. And RCM mode is redundant.
