be careful about what you do. Even though it's all in good flattery and fun, you are remaking a paid for game for free, essentially opening a gateway for people to pirate the game. If i were you, i'd take this engine and make a new adventure out of it, so this doesn't end up like fnaf on petit comupter with a cease and desist from the devs. You can keep everything you've done, just dont remake the enture game exactly. Maybe new people, new mechanics, anything.

If people wanted to pirate the game, they'd just pirate the game already. It's not like the game's hard to find a pirated copy

Considering this statated as a fan project and, it's a fan project of an indie game; I seriously doubt that he'd get into legal trouble.

It's not like doing a fan game of a nintendo or disney ip or anything.

"NOTICE: I have received a copyright infringement for Five Nights at Freddy's SB. Because of this, Five Nights at Freddy's SB is now cancelled and never to be worked on again. I am also quitting SmileBASIC because of this. Farewell. It has been a great 3 years with this community, but everything has to come to an end."

Please continue. I love this.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Tested it. Runs really well on o3DS!

For the record, the only reason I bring up the copyright infringement is so that you continue to make this great. I don't want to see this shut down. You can do alot with this engine, and you probably can create a whole new art style and story too

Thanks for an advice. I'll try to think of something.

Keep coding, this could help devs port even more indie games that don't require much onto the 3DS, damn great job so far.

Oh my god, I love this!! I don't want to see this shutdown, and I'm looking forward to seeing what comes out of it!
