Hacking Can You Import Multiple PkHex Pokemon Into Game at Once?

Just wondering if there's a faster way than doing individual pokemon

Yes, you can add as much as you want. Even change your trainer's name, give yourself money, etc. I personally backup the save with SaveDataFiler and use PKhex to edit the pokemon from there. I don't use the spider exploit for it.
