Hacking Can someone Randomize Pokemon Black for me?

Title is self explainotory. I don't have a PC anymore and my only device is android so I can't Randomize. If someone is willing to do this, here's what I want done:
1: patch for national dex at start of game
2: leave static encounters as is
3: Randomize enemy trainer teams
4: Randomize wild encounters
5: increase difficulty 20%
6: Randomize item locations (excluding TM's)
7: keep abilities and stats the same

If anyone actually does this for me, thanks!
