It's a tar archive. Download 7zip from 7-zip.org. It can handle tar archives. What Nat was saying is you need to copy coreboot.rom out of the tar archive and replace the coreboot.rom in the boot scripts payload folder. Some things were changed and the coreboot in the boot scripts will not work anymore.
