Hacking can i use ftp to move a file from my mac to my wii sd card?

sorry if this is answered elsewhere.

If i download say a wad or a .dol on my mac, is there any way i can either on the mac or the wii, move the file onto my wii sd card by ftp and put it in the right location? similarly could i move a movie or something onto the usb drive thats in the wii?

You can but not good for transfer big files sometimes files corrupt

I've been using FTPii to transfer files from my Mac directly onto the SD card in my Wii via FTP. I've transferred files up to 30MB without a problem.

Current versions of WiiXplorer also have a built-in ftp server.
