Homebrew Can i play retroarch with circle pad ?

I use themehax with 2.5 payloads in 10.1 and i have an O3DS
I want to use retroarch because FCEUMM3DS can't load the folder with 200 roms but retroarch can

You mean use the circle pad as the d-pad instead? Sure, just start a ROM in Retroarch, then open the Quick Menu (tap the touchscreen), go to Core Input Options, and change "User 1 Analog to Digital Type" to Left Analog. I don't know if ALL of the cores have it as an option, but most should/do.
