Just go to orbis patches, and install the update from there.

Download each, check md5, then try copy /B first part + second part + third part complete (name the parts accordingly, and name the complete anything you want). Psn splits ps4 packages into 4gb parts.

Open (in windows) a terminal (goto start, type cmd and press enter)
Go to the directory where the files are
type or copy (i hope no typo's):
copy /B EP9000-CUSA00917_00-UNCHARTED4000000-A01-V0100_0.pkg + EP9000-CUSA00917_00-UNCHARTED4000000-A01-V0100_1.pkg + EP9000-CUSA00917_00-UNCHARTED4000000-A01-V0100_2.pkg + EP9000-CUSA00917_00-UNCHARTED4000000-A01-V0100_3.pkg newname.pkg
A new file (newname.pkg) should appear in the same directory.

I'm not sure with package installer. that's actually the way a legit package installs when downloading from psn. it uses something called the manifest.xml to piece together the split package.
