Does anyone know how I can get 60fps patches to work when creating PS2toPS4 fPKGs?
Specifically the 60fps patch for Red Faction. I used PS2 Patch Engine to inject the .pnach file into a NTSC v1.01 ISO version of the game successfully (as instructed by the maker of the patch), created a fPKG in PS2 FPKG v0.7, the game boots but is still running at a capped 30fps making zero difference. Anything I'm doing wrong?
